HEADQUARTERS, York, 3rd April, 1813.

,… Colonel Pearson is directed to report to His Honor the Major-General commanding if the claims of men of Captain Howells late company for bread from the 15th to the 24th of January have been settled and if not how much is due, to whom and by whom, the investigations of the court not having been carried to such a length as to have produced satisfactory information on those points.
